TEChrom IV plus mean new age in the Hemostasis. The TEChrom IV Plus is a semi automated Hemostasis Analyzer, unique in flexibility to measure coagulation parameters (classical clotting tests and chromogenic subrates.

The TEChrom IV plus offers four different calculation models:
  • Turbidity (clotting)
  • Kinetic
  • Endpoint
  • 0,1 OD
Up to 16 different filters can be used (340, 405, 492, 550, 620, 710 nm, etc.)

The TEChrom IV Plus handle 30 different tests separate and individual with all specific calibration data. The TEChrom IV Plus fits perfectly into small and medium size Hemostasis laboratories and works excellent as a Stand-by unit to already installed automated instruments. For the usage in Emergency laboratories it is fully suitable.

Technical Description
The TEChrom IV Plus is a micro-computer controlled measuring device for Hemostasis tests with a 4-channel optic and a LC-Display. An additional 4-times stopwatch realizes time correct operating. The tests will be selected through keys on a foil keyboard. The dialog language is user friendly and selectable in English and German.

The measurement can be started either manually by pressing the OPTIK-key in the same time when reagent was added, or with a connected Autopipette and electro-nical start. The result will be displayed in the specific dimension and can be converted and displayed in other dimensions by pressing the UNIT-key. With a connected printer all results will be printed out automatically in all dimensions with date, Optic No. name of the test and the specific normal, therapeutical and critical ranges. Double determination with mean print-out is realised by duplication of the Patient-ID.

An additional menu for SYSTEM ANALYSIS includes a variation of service procedures, which increases the system reliability of the instrument and also from each measurement. Any errors in the system will be detected, displayed and printed out.

With the usage of the TECO Softwaretools the measuring curve data can be transmitted to a Personal Computer and loaded by any spread sheet with graphic function. Software updates are realized with an easy download from a computer to the instrument.
